I am attempting to treat my 16 year tmj problem. It�s going well I think over all. It�s nice having the soft version to get used to. My teeth are definitely sensitive like it was when I had braces but way less intense. I�m excited to keep going. I put a whitening gel on before I go to sleep so there�s that benefit as well!
