At SleepBrace, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
1. General Shipping Information
The following applies to all orders placed on our website, including accessories, cleaning products, and storage solutions.
Processing Time

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates

United States: Standard delivery takes approximately 5 – 10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International: We ship globally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance processes. It's generally 7-21 business days.

Free Shipping: We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific bundles. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

Corrections: If you notice an error in your address, please contact contact@trysleepbrace.com immediately.

After Dispatch: Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are usually unable to redirect it or change the address.
2. SPECIAL PRODUCTS: SleepBrace Dental
We want to ensure you get the best possible results and comfort from your SleepBrace journey. Depending on which kit you choose, the shipping and approval process works slightly differently:
A. SleepBrace Dental - D1 Starter Kit
Designed for an easy start.
Since the D1 Starter Kit features our softest material and can help you check your size and fit comfortably, this item ships immediately without a pre-shipment hold.

Process: We ship your D1 Starter Kit right away so you can try it on.

Next Steps: Once you receive your kit and confirm the fit, don't use it yet, simply complete the TeleDentists assessment or book your appointment to move forward with your journey.
B. SleepBrace Dental - Full Set
Designed for medical-grade correction.
To ensure you receive the highest standard of care, we collaborate with our third-party partner, The TeleDentists®, to review your eligibility before we ship the device.

Quick Review: After checkout, please fill out the TeleDentists Assessment Form.

Fast Approval: A licensed dentist will review your details (usually within 48 hours) to confirm eligibility.

Shipment: As soon as the "thumbs up" is given, your order is processed and shipped immediately. If for any reason the device isn't right for you, we will issue a refund as accordin to the Refund Policy.
3. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
For all orders shipped outside of the United States:

Customs Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: SleepBrace is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@trysleepbrace.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refused Shipments

Return Costs: As outlined in our Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refusals: If you refuse a shipment upon delivery, you may be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our facility.
